Leon Baugh spent twelve years as a professional dancer and became an Olivier Award–winning theatre choreographer before training as an osteopath, acupuncturist and sports injury massage therapist. He knows what it’s like to need your body to work, and to be told to “just rest” when that isn’t an option.

He has treated performers at Sadler’s Wells, Sadler’s Wells East, the Royal Court, the Almeida, the Young Vic and the Old Vic, and dancers from West End shows including Back to the Future, Moulin Rouge! and Matilda. He also treats office workers, parents and weekend athletes. Treatment is hands-on, and you leave with a plan: specific exercises and a clear explanation of what’s going on, so you aren’t back with the same problem.
